I AM

• A direct expression of the Great I AM ¾ a neutron-like conscious soul
• An eclectic centrist, a coach
• A global citizen who sees and hails order even in chaos

• A great love for harmonies (found in music, discourse, and dancing)
• A fascination for virtually all artful expressions of dexterity
• An insatiable need for learning, sharing, debating, and making a positive difference

I INTEND TO

• Develop my E:P:N theorem that human characteristics, at the soul level, resemble those of the inner atom.  Its premise: The greatest potential for harmony exists in those organizations that are structured like stable atoms . . . where one third are potentially pace-setting protons, one third are structure-loving electrons, and the remaining one third are the group's potentially bipolar(ic) neutrons.

• In preparation, I chose to teach within the framework of remedial education, including TESOL, to collect empirical data on the use of C-tests and Big Cheese sayings within the novel structure of E:P:N classroom (starting in both the U.S. and China and then helping the rest of the civilized world to implement one or both of the models).
