What is the key question?
Perhaps the questions should not be "what can I do" and "what have I done" but
"where am I going" and "am I on course" . . . including, "Is this job
the right job to get me there?"
Our ultimate judgement may not be on what we did with what we had, but it still seems reasonable
to first test for what we have to work with, meaning, to explore and discover our innate penchants and passions
-- our soul-level abilities.
E:P:N analysis will also help you determine the rules by which you need to play (to get to where you want to go)
and to reveal your comfort zone . . . to indicate at what level of responsibility you should
expect to be the most productive.
I would start by determining the E:P:N ratio in your current workplace. Ask, "Do we have enough (or too many) bosses?
workers? and trainers?" If your query reveals that your company does not offer cross-training into your chosen role,
start looking for a company that does.
To most, E:P:N Analysis™ is a mini lesson in physics
as well as a new vehicle for creating greater harmony in the workplace
and at home.
